Scientific Excellence in Customer Satisfaction<\/b><\/b><\/p>

At DYBUX<\/b> we are guided by the principle that all scientific and technical services must generate tangible and measurable<\/b> value for our clients. Our refund policy applies only to professional services<\/b>, ensuring transparency and fairness in cases where agreed standards are not met.<\/p>

SCOPE<\/b><\/p>

This policy applies to the services offered by DYBUX, including, but not limited to:<\/p>

  • Scientific and technical consulting.<\/li>
  • Development of methodologies applied to R&D processes.<\/li>
  • Technology platform services and analysis tools.<\/li>
  • Scientific training, certification, and mentoring programs.<\/li><\/ul>

    REFUND CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>

    The customer may request a refund only in the following cases:<\/p>

    1. Failure to comply with technical specifications<\/b> documented in the contract or service proposal.<\/li>
    2. Serious deficiencies<\/b> in the deliverables that directly affect the usefulness of the contracted service.<\/li>
    3. Unjustified delays<\/b> exceeding 40% of the agreed schedule and attributable to DYBUX.<\/li>
    4. Persistent technical failures<\/b> in platforms or tools that prevent the use of the service.<\/li>
    5. Cancelation of the service by DYBUX<\/b> before its full execution.<\/li><\/ol>

      LIMITATIONS<\/b><\/p>

      • Refunds do not apply when the service has already been fully provided<\/b> or used by the customer.<\/li>
      • No refunds will be given for reasons attributable to the customer (lack of participation, delays in delivery of information, failure to meet customer-specific technical requirements).<\/li>
      • Certifications and accreditations issued are non-refundable<\/b> once issued.<\/li><\/ul>

        APPLICATION PROCEDURE<\/b><\/p>

        Applications must be made in writing to informacion@dybux.com<\/span> accompanied by:<\/p>

        1. Name or business name of the contractor.<\/li>
        2. Proof of payment and billing information.<\/li>
        3. Contracted service, agreed dates and deliverables.<\/li>
        4. Objective evidence supporting non-compliance.<\/li><\/ol>

          DYBUX will review the request within 10 to 15 business days<\/b> and notify the customer of the resolution. If appropriate, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.<\/p>

          FINAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/p>

          This policy is effective upon publication and will apply to all contracts made after that date. DYBUX reserves the right to modify this policy with 15 calendar days' notice through its official channels.<\/p>

          The interpretation and application of this policy shall be governed by Mexican law and the corresponding jurisdiction in accordance with DYBUX's general Terms and Conditions.<\/p>
